1964 Porsche 356 356C Coupe Additional Info:
1964 Porsche 356C Coupe which we have had stored for years in our storage facility. Before that it was buried in the desert clay about 2 feet deep which preserved it from rusting. It since then has been pressure washed and scrubbed down. All parts are packaged and wrapped and will come stored in parts bins. Glass has been preserved minus front windshield and one rear quarter glass which was broke however the frame is still good. Comes with a bunch of parts, engine, transaxle, 5 original date matched, numbers matching wheels. Clean title.
Since it was buried in the desert clay it preserved the car from having anything except surface rust all over except in 3 places. 2 of which are small quarter size holes, one in the driver floor pan and one on the passenger floor pan. The third area is the worst which is easy to replace since its on the front portion of the center tunnel near the foot pedal area on both the driver and passenger side. New center tunnels cost roughly $700 range from many online parts suppliers.
The car is missing interior, however has many interior pieces which can be viewed in the link below with the pictures. Every single part that is included is in the picture album link at the bottom of this description. Also missing both the driver and passenger side doors and the front trunk hood. The rear engine lid is from another 1964 356C Coupe and has a few little rust spots on the inner structure.
Transaxle numbers, body tags, etc can be viewed in the pictures link at the bottom as well. This is a fantastic foundation for a restoration since very minimal actual rust. The floor sections can be patched in easily using floor pan halves which can be purchased brand new as well.
