1975 Porsche 914 Additional Info:
You're looking at my 1975 Porsche 914 Coupe. The car looks great and is a fun little driver. The original 1.8 liter flat 4 cylinder engine is plenty peppy with its original fuel injection. 4 speed tranny and clutch work well. The newer Gaurds Red paint looks very good with deep shine and depth. Nice brightwork all around. I have the PORSCHE lettering for the rear engine lid, just not currently mounted (but included). The interior is original and in good overall shape. The seats could be recovered to be perfect but are fully functional and look fine for a driver quality car. Door panels and carpet are in good shape. This example has the "appearance package" which consists of the center console with extra gauges. Speedometer reads 57k and could be original as the car hasn't been restored other than paint. By the car's overall condition I don't think it's turned over but I don't have documentation to verify. Later Blaupunkt CD player installed. Dash has a cap on it. The removable targa top is in nice shape, and stows away in the rear trunk. All glass is in good shape. Driver's door latch is a little tricky, but if you push in the right spot it latches every time.Tires and brakes are in good shape. Overall the car is quite solid. The notorious "hell hole" area is solid. Optima Red battery installed. The front pan and floors look good overall. This car has not been restored and is 43 years old, but has been well cared for and properly maintained over the years by adult owners. Always garaged. With prices of air cooled Porsche's sky rocketing over the last several years and continuing to rise, this will not only be a fun weekend cruiser but also a solid investment! I'm selling due to recently acquiring a 1970 911E that I will be restoring and putting my efforts towards. Car is sold "as is" with no warranties of any kind. Please ask all questions prior to bidding, and be prepared to pay a $500 PayPal deposit immediately following the auction, and full remaining balance is to be bank wired within 3 business days after the auction ends. No exceptions. Please DO NOT BID if you cannot adhere to this for any reason. Get permission from your wife, girlfriend, priest, Rabbi, or whomever may crush your dreams after winning! I have had too many bad experiences with bidders not following thru and it not only wastes my time and money, but it ruins the auction for sincere bidders who miss out due to games being played. This is a nice little car that can be enjoyed as is or easily taken to the next level. Thanks for looking and happy bidding. I will gladly sell overseas. Selling with No Reserve! Will end auction early for the right price and I also have listed in other venues, so auction could end at any time! Don't wait and lose out!

It was just brought to my attention that at some point in the cars past it was in an accident and issued a salvage title. I was unaware of this as when I received the last title from the previous owner it wasn't on there. I went back to the DMV today and had that corrected on my title. I'm assuming it was a long time ago when these cars weren't worth much, as there's nothing evident of anything that serious that stands out as being repaired. As you can see it's a pretty nice little car that isn't perfect but is very presentable and can be enjoyed for years to come. I apologize for the omission.
