1963 Porsche 356B
The Porsche 356B is a luxury sports car which was first produced by Austrian company Porsche Konstruktionen GesmbH (1948–1949), and then by German company Dr. Ing. h. c. F. Porsche GmbH (1950–1965).
The 356 was created by Ferdinand "Ferry" Porsche (son of Ferdinand Porsche, founder of the German company), who founded the Austrian company with his sister, Louise. Like its cousin, the Volkswagen Beetle (which Ferdinand Porsche Sr. had designed), the 356 is a four-cylinder, air-cooled, rear-engine, rear-wheel drive car with unitized pan and body construction. The chassis was a completely new design as was the 356's body which was designed by Porsche employee Erwin Komenda.
You are looking at a 1963 Porsche 356B/1600 S-90 Karmann coupe. We got this car from a collector who owned it for around 30 years. It was always garage-kept. It’s a rust-free California car; it’s always been in Californian. The car has 56,836 miles. It has a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity from Porsche. A very original car!
Mechanical
This ’63 Porsche 356 runs and drives great. It has dual 40 IDF Webbers, pointless distributor, running 12 volt system, and an electric fuel pump. The engine sounds great, the transmission shifts great, and the clutch feels great. All the gauges work, except for the gas gauge, which works on and off.
Exterior
The exterior is clean. It has a very nice blue paint, and nice chrome. It all looks good. Overall, the exterior is very beautiful. It has a cargo saddlebag. The undercarriage is clean and solid.
Interior
The interior is very clean. The black leather looks just fine. The dash is complete.

I’m saying this because I’ve had a bad experience with a ruthless dealer that tried to extort money from me after the car was inspected and delivered! If you are buying and paying for this classic, please contact your transporter after vehicle is picked up and within 2 hours please give me a positive feedback!
