1986 Porsche 911 Carrera Targa. 69,300 documented miles. Two Documented Owners. Original US Tourist European Delivery for first Owner. Clean Carfax. No Accidents, No rust, no modifications-as stock.
Options: 018 Sport Steering Wheel with raised hub, 395 Lightweight 16" wheels, 158 Monterrey Radio and 900Tourist Delivery.
History: 1986 Michigan Owner, traveled to Germany for original delivery, owned until 2005, this owner used Fred Lavery Birmingham MI for service. Second owner 2005 to present, used Howard Cooper Ann Arbor Michigan for service.The first owner is an acquaintance and I know how he maintained the vehicle and the second owner is a friend of mine, so I know the history of this vehicle and how it has been maintained. Vehicle always maintained as recommend by Porsche.Vehicle always garaged. Service receipts will be given with car.
Body: No accidents. A few small dings and scratches typical of 31 year old car. Some body panels re-sprayed. Small ding right rear valence (see photo). No water leaks. Targa top in good condition.
Interior: Clean interior, no rips or tears or wear. Front seats replaced and in excellent condition. Seats replaced with 1986 911 seats with power adjustment, purchased from AASE Sales in Ohio.Original driver seat had a rip in leather so this is the reason seats were replaced. Original seats will be given with car. Door panels and dashboard in good condition. No sagging of door pockets or door pocket lids.
Mechanical: All systems function and work correctly on the car except the delay wipers do not work and the head light washers do not spray. The headlight washer pump operates but the nozzles or tubing may be clogged.
Engine and Transmission: Car starts and stops as it should. Easy start cold or warm, typical small puff of smoke when cold start. Engine and transmission original to car. Recent oil change, oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs and spark plug wires. New clutch at 57,000 miles. New sound deadening pad when clutch service was done. No oil leaks or drips on garage floor, dry underside.
Wheels and tires: Wheels are in good condition with no curb rash or scrapes. Tires are fair. Factory wheel locks with 2 wheel lockkeys. Spare tire and jack never used.
Air Conditioning: AC works but blows "cool" air, not cold.
Misc: German and US owners manual with European delivery stamps. Car fax is included. Clear Michigan title in my name. Car drives and tracks straight when driven. Firm brakes. No wheel shake. No weird noises. Hood and deck stay open as new hood struts have been installed. Chip on windshield is in the tinted section of the windshield and not really visible (see photo). Replacement windshield, rest of glass is original to car. Small crack on right rear taillight lense (see photo). Two ignition keys.

Terms: $1000 immediate Paypal deposit, Deposit is non refundable, balance of fund made payable by wire transfer. Title will be release andsent after funds clear or at time of pick up. I can assist with shipping but shipping will be at your expense. Car must be picked up within 3 weeks of close of auction. I encourage you to come see the car and pre-purchase inspections. Pre-purchase inspections will be at your expense and must be completed before the auction ends. The sale of the car is not contingent of a inspection after the auction.
