1967 Porsche 912 Deluxe Additional Info:

A very nice and solid Porsche 912 short wheel based car with excellent black leatherette interior, period racing belts, replaced correct gray carpets, coco mats, blemish free dash and door cards, 4 speed, 5 gauges, original wood steering wheel and shift knob. With Fuchs alloy wheels, period Marchel headlights and fog lights with covers, tinted factory glass, Durant mirror, stop watches and non factory radio.
The 4 cylinder engine # 753304 has had major engine work done in 2006 with all paperwork, twin Weber carbs having velocity stacks with mesh screens and foam filters, including a blue coil and sport exhaust,it runs and drive well but is dripping a bit of oil because of non use from two years of storage . The body has a couple of bubble spots to the paint as pictured and a few bits of patina. It has had a repaint 20 plus years ago in silver gray which is holding up well but the original color was Polo red # 6602 . This is not a restored car but a preserved driver with patina, used in amateur rallying in the 1980's and has the period racing look to honor that.
This car was always garaged and has solid floor pans and trunk, included in the sale are the 4 original chrome date stamped wheels in fair condition, all take off parts, coda from the factory if I can find it and Weber air cleaners.
