1985 Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe Additional Info:
This is an direct import from Germany being that it is Euro spec with the 231HP motor due to higher compression. Matching numbers, dry example of the perfect drivers car. Various maintenance records show the recent <10k miles valve job, AC update, Trans work, Wevo shifter, Dansk aftermarket exhaust, Steve Wong chip (for even more HP gains), fuel line update, brakes, plus regular belts and fluids.
The car started in CA and I purchased it from the 2nd owner in TX. I live in PA and have owned it for about a year. Garage kept and stored in the winter. It was listed over the winter but I decided to keep the car due to the overwhelmingresponses to buy it and emotional connection when getting it ready for a showing. This time is different as I need to consolidate cars due to a move.
The car has had some recent paint work that I discovered after I purchased it for unknown reasons. The passenger door and door jamb look to be the only areas. The previous owner did not know about it until I told him so maybe it was from the first owner or a part of the import process. I bought sight unseen and was told original paint. Car fax/Autocheck does not show much due to the Euro VIN. Actual VIN isWP0ZZZ91ZFS103287 as ebay would not allow the foreign VIN in their listing field above.
Mechanically the car is in top shape and drives great. I recently put about 3k into it for various cosmetic and mechanical fixes like, alignment, brakes, one of the oil lines had a slight bend and I wanted it perfect etc.. I drive it regularly with no issues. The interior is in average shape. Since it has the sport seats it has bolster wear on the drivers outermost side. The dash does have a couple cracks which is common, the sun visors are puffed which is also common. I am sure there are other wear items that are common with a 32yr old car.

I would like this car to go to an enthusiast and would really recommend coming to see it in person or sending a trusted friend to put eyes on it drive it. I will gladly assist with a PPI but even those are not without their flaws. I am a PCA member and have owner other Porsches and this is one of my personal cars. I will be as straightforward as possible and work with the new owner in logistics.
Message me for any further details and I will give you my phone number or email for easier communication.
