Built by Vintage Speedsters of California, it is one of the best Speedster replicas on the market. This company begins the process with a donor Volkswagen Beetle to build the Speedster on so they are titled and registered as Volkswagen Beetles, this one being a 1974. Generally these speedsters come with a 1600cc engine, but this one was upgraded to a 2110cc built by the highly regarded CB Performance, producing roughly 140hp and 140tq on the dyno.
