1969 Porsche 911 E Additional Info:

Good condition, reat driver or restoration candidate. This car has never been fully restored and will be officially 50 years old on November 14th 2018!

This 911 has been well loved and driven for nearly 50 years. It is in good condition and is a great candidate for restoration or left as is and enjoyed. The car presents well and gets a lot of attention. THIS NUMBERS MATCHING PORSCHE COMES WITH A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY& ALSO INCLUDES ALL SERVICE AND PARTS RECIEPTS DATING BACK TO THE 1971! All ownership cards are included and original delivery was made to the first owner from Holbert's Porsche in Warrington Pennsylvania on January 11th 1969. Service manual, wners manual, ool kit, ealer literature, ndoor car cover are also included in the sale.

The engine runs great and is tuned for highway performance. The engine exudes a scream above 4000 RPM that is truly awesome. I was told that the engine was rebuilt with 'S' parts. The car has also received 'S' front brake calipers, hock absorbers and a Weltmeister front sway bar.

On the interior, he carpets, eats and headliner have all been redone at some point and look great. The dash board has a crack and has been covered by tape to the right of the voltmeter. The radio has been deleted but the aftermarket front door speakers remain. The door bins have been poorly repaired with fiberglass and no longer open.A previous ownerhas laidfiberglass on the floor boards likely to seal them from rusting and to help reinforce them. The same can be found in the smugglers box area. The original clock seems to have been replaced with a combination voltmeter/clock from an earlier 911.

The body is holding up well for its age and the receipts show it was undercoated by Zebart back in the early 1970's. The polo red paint is the original color but it has been professionally repainted at some point. Twenty years ago there was work done on the rocker panels and some of the gaps on the passenger door aren't perfect. The doors close well but some corrosion is evident on the lower rear corner of the passenger door frame. In addition, he passenger door had an aftermarket mirror that was removed and the holes are covered with tape. The underside of the car has a floor patch behind the drivers seat and some more fiberglass has been used to seal some small spots. A restoration would beideal with new floorpan, ocker boxes and smugglers box.
