1986 Porsche 944 N/A Coupe Additional Info:
I purchased this car about 5 months ago from the original owner. Besides the paint which I'll explain in a moment, this is probably one of the cleanest 944s I've seen. The seats, carpet, and many other aspect of the car are like new. The paint had some clear coat issues about 12 years ago so the owner had it painted which as it turns out was a poor quality re-spray. The good news is that they did not paint the door jambs and such so a quality "doors shut" re-spray would be all it needs. The mileage is consistent with the service records and the odometer does work.Anyone with any experience with these cars will appreciate the condition of this car.Under the seats looks like new, no dust, rust, or water damage at all. The rear carpet under padding is fully intact and clean. The spare tire is unused and clean. The rear cargo area floor is clean with no water damage. The seats are like new and without question the cleanest seats I have seen in any Porsche from this era. The carpet is clean and really looks like new. The headliner is perfect. The car comes with its complete tool kit, jack, spare, manuals, and sunroof bag as well as a set of Porsche mats. It also has the rarely still in place front belly/engine pan. All the rubber is black and clean. All the lenses are clear and in excellent shape. All the glass is in excellent shape. The dash is cracked but besides that and the paint the car is in exceptional condition. It has been garage kept since new and was never driven in the rain. This is evident from the condition of the wheel wells and such.I planned on keeping this car so over the last few months I have done extensive maintenance on the car. I wish I could keep the car but other priorities force me to sell.
I have done the following work on the car.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Worth noting:The car has Porsche Script door handles. The radio is not original.
Answers to questions from other members:The HVAC system works properly including the mixer doors and such. The brake pads and routers have almost no mileage but are older. This is evident from some light pitting on the rotors. I planed driving it a bit and then installing new Ferrodo Premier pads which I already purchased and will be included with the car.The exhaust system is in excellent shape. The tires are Michelin MXV4 and have excellent tread but are outdated.
