Standard shipping methods are chosen at our discretion, i.e. USPS or UPS Ground. Standard shipping prices are only good for the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, other U.S. Territories, and International will need to use the integrated shipping calculator. Please allow one business day for processing.
International Shipments do not include confirmation or insurance. International customers are responsible for all duties & taxes. Please check with your country's requirements before purchasing. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically in the late evening once your shipment has left our facility.

FREIGHT
Freight orders, please contact us for a shipping quote before Checkout as it may affect your decision to purchase. Our handling fee covers preparation for carrier pick-up, a requirement for all carriers. Minimum handling charge is $75 onto a standard pallet and increases for custom pallets.
International customers must arrange for their own carrier pick-up

Damaged Shipments
If item arrives damaged by the carrier, please reject shipment and contact us immediately. If you do receive the package, submit clear images of the packaging/box and damaged item from multiple angles. DO NOT discard the packaging. Save packaging for carrier claim. Carrier will often come back to pick up the shipment. We cannot file a claim without the packaging and proper images. Thank you for your help and understanding.

Special Handling with Foam
High Value items requiring special packaging will be foamed into the box. DO NOT lift up on the top plastic sheet or it'll make a mess. Lift foam out of box by grabbing 2nd plastic sheet from both sides. If you accidentally peel the top plastic off, exposing the foam, just look for the next layer of plastic to lift the foam out cleanly.
