1973 Pontiac Firebird drag Additional Info:

I deal mostly in Cadillacs and I recently took this car in a trade because I thought it was interesting. As I dig around and try to do more research, I'm getting pretty good offers locally. I have a lot of documentation and always seeking more. Right now we're going to try getting the car running. If i don't sell on Ebay, we'll probably repaint the car and try to restore it to former glory as the Green Eyed Lady, which was a pretty big car in Englishtown New Jersey. The driver was Liz Gormley, who also owned a speed shop. Originally built by Al Gentzel Jr of Fleminton New Jersey in the mid-seventies and is still the only Pontiac of its type around. It's a full tube frame affair with a fiberglass and steel 73 Trans-am body.-Located in Poolesville MD PART trades are OK-Featured in Thunder AM magazine in 1980 (in the last issue published by Martyn L Schorr), in page 12 under Performance/Engineering.-I recently talked to Martyn and he pointed me in the right direction regarding the history.-Originally on show circuit in green metallic color-I can assist with delivery possibly but I'd like you to see it first since I'm not an expert on this car.-Able to help with any type of exporting.-Can do face time-Born as a real Trans Am-Currently selling car on bill of sale-If we restore the car, we'll apply for a title-The biggest thing I'm looking for is an original copy-The more and more I dig around, the more I'm finding interesting history on the car.-I'm looking for an original copy of Thunder Am magazine to go with the car (pictured in photos) December 1980 Vol 2Price: $15,000I prefer calls over text: 301-672-1000
