1964 Pontiac Catalina Additional Info:

I have decided to sell some of my best Pontiacs....to buy a boat.I will take pictures and videos today and or tomorrow and post them . This is a nice car. It cant be built for double the asking price of 26k. If you have done a car you know 50k doesn't go far after finding a project car and paying for it and getting it home etc. This car was restored and comes with a binder showing how well it was done.... not many cars come with this.It came as a Ventura with power windows antenna and vinyl top, it was a ladies car from new till the early 90s..The car is striking and the colors are pleasing to look at. Not many catalinas came with power windows, antenna and a vinyl top. It came with tinted glass and power steering and brakes. The factory options added are ...power trunk (seen one on a 64 lately?) bucket seats (power drivers seat), 8 lugs, tilt, am fm, console, rear defog, 4 speed and tripower were added to the standard 389. I may be missing something. It has the 3 round gauges. It has all 3 switches (options) it runs and drives excellent. I had a new clutch and brakes done a couple years ago..likely 200 miles put in the car since then. Had the carbs rebuilt. Maybe a heater core...maybe the points out and replaced with electronics... I cant remember. It was a few thousand dollars. Its not a perfect car. Its a 1964. I will take detailed photos and videos and post the videos to YouTube... tonight or tomorrow..may 10th or 11th title or search youtube : 1964 pontiac catalina Ventura for sale in Boise . Still uploading sunday at 815 pm . I just took these videos and photos minutes ago ...1st video of 2. https://youtu.be/R4jk7wcPgxY2nd video of 2. https://youtu.be/AA2swk4Bm8AThe car can be driven home . The radio seems to untune itself . It died a couple times when I drove it a few weeks ago after sitting over the winter. Started right back up and didn't repeat. Carb related. It stops steers drives nice. The car will be sold. Its not going to be for sale for months and months with a ridiculous asking price. I am known for selling quickly at a bargain price. Everyone likes a bargain. This will be an enjoyable car. It's not a depressing old chunk. There is a very small dent at right rear down low and small paint scratch or mar? Near tail light surrround... i will post video and pictures of the car with the defects tonight. I took it to a car show on a trailer and a trailer tire came apart ... a depressing memory. It's not very noticeable unless really looking. The plates are for show, don't go with the car. Garage art...The car has been kept inside year round... the photo album tells a story. Car when purchased ...a very nice car...then taken down to metal, pulled apart ..painted better than when new. It was never a beater or junk car. Its not a covered up detailed out over priced, big dealer profit kind of car. Its what you likeky haven't seen and are looking for. I looked for years...decades ...and these cars don't come up very often. Its on ebay to sell...if I wanted to get top dollar and deal with hassles I would list it locally and deal with test drives tire kickers and phone calls. That is why dealers charge what they do.. in part...to deal with monkey business. This car will sell with a good detailed offer. I have a 64 grand prix and a 65 grand prix that will be listed by monday as well. This is a real description from a real owner. Its not Ai generated or a bring a trailer description that are lacking a tremendous amount if important details.... no trickery here. No hired photographers no Ai descriptions. If you buy it pay a deposit instantly.. I would use auction method but having a deposit and a sale is more of a sure sale. I see cars resisted from bidders that don't follow thru... a buy it now offer options requires 500 deposit... so do that....and... If you pay for the car within 2 days I will take off 500.00
