Vehicle Details

This is a project car. *Quick update* many asking why it has a Chevy 283. This model all came from the factory with a Chevrolet drive train in them, sporting the Pontiac 283 decals and engine painted in orange.

I was told this is the original paint on the car but can not be certain, does look like original dealer sticker on trunk lid and also appears to be original grease markings on fire wall. It did clean up pretty good but has several chips and touch ups all over. The body is very straight, doors close very nice, no holes in the floors, just surface rust underneath. All the glass is in great shape, has glass rear window, all stainless is excellent, front bumper looks great maybe one scuff, rear bumper looks good with only one small dent I see, one small dent on front of hood. The top has no holes but there are a couple scars on it. The original jack is all complete with spare in trunk.

283 engine, power glide transmission, 12 bolt rear end with sway bar. This car has been in storage a long time, engine does not currently turn over. I did temporarily install a battery but I did not see anything working. There was only one key with the car that fits the ignition but the only thing it seems to work on is the glove box lock, that being said I had to drill trunk lock to open it. Transmission fluid looks good. Rolls easy, steers easy, brakes work. Listing as a restoration project that will need everything. Clean Florida title in my name.
