What I have for sale is one incredible 64 Pontiac Catalina 2 Door Sport Sedan. The car is PHS Certified. This is a California built car that is Rot Free with surface rust only. This unmolested Pontiac is 95% Original. I have owned many classics in my years of buying and selling AND this one is unbelievable as far as Original. If you want Original Patina, this is the car ! The interior is almost as nice as it was when new. When I put this on the lift to check out the undercarriage, I was really blown away how nice and original it is. Rear shocks have been replaced with Air Shocks (not original) but it serves its purpose. However, I just ordered original shocks for the rear along with two new rear coil springs that go with the car. If they show up in time, I will install them. It also had the wrong outside mirror someone installed which I replaced with the correct one. As for the rest of the Ponti. I couldn't find anything else that wasn't original with the exception of normal maintenance done over the years. The photo's really tell the story about this untouched Poncho. I just did a complete service on the car. Oil Change, Transmission fluid and filter change and checked all 4 brakes to make sure she is ready for cruising. I also had the original 2 barrel Carb. rebuilt and put back on the car replaced all the Engine gaskets and cleaned and freshened up the engine. Installed new plugs, points, condenser, cap, rotor, and radiator. The ignition wires were already replaced so I did not need to replace them. The engine and drive train do not leak. And the engine does not smoke and runs like it has 81 miles on it and not 81K. This Cat drives and rides like new. Gets lots of attention every time I take it out. Forgot to mention.
