While I had my GTO torn apart o good friend of mine totaled hi 70 Lemans convertible. It was a sad time especially when the insurance company told him it was so damaged there was nothing they could do except total his car. His Lemans had been a special order car for the general manager of the dealership and he had ordered every available option Pontiac had to offer that year. A couple of days later we went to the storage yard where his Lemans was towed to while he was pining over his loss I was thinking man I wish my Gto had all those options and suddenlytransfer I shouted hey buddy let me buy your Lemans from the insurance company for parts.!
