1967 Pontiac GTO Additional Info:

DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO PURCHASE. A white 1967 Pontiac GTO Convertible with 400cu in.V8 engine and a turbo-hydramatic TH400 automatic transmission with dual gate shifter, black interior, bucket seats and center console. The car has rally wheels, and the odometer shows 32,886 mileage. I’m guessing it has turned over once as per the old receipts. The engine was worked on a few years ago and runs and drives. The lights work, the fuel gauge, speedometer and the charging system.

The engine compartment has a new original engine wiring harness recently installed along with many new components, such as the voltage regulator, horn relay, coil, distributor cap, plugs, plug wires, hoses, thermostat, alternator, starter, battery and cables, valve covers, belts and a new fan shroud, etc. It has the original Harrison radiator which was recently repaired as well. The transmission has a new filter, o-ring and pan gasket but not rebuilt. The exhaust has been replaced recently from the manifold all the way to the tailpipes. The front end has had suspension work done, ball joints, and other front end components, shocks front and back, brakes etc.

The interior is in good shape and looks to be the original with the exception, the radio was replaced.I have the original radio and reverb with switch that will go to the new owner. The convertible top works up and down and clasps shut. The frame and floor pans are good and solid. There is rusted through areas along the trunk drip rail and the floor of the trunk is thin on one side and has rusted through spot in one area near the fuel tank strap connection on the drivers side.

The rusted spots on the body, visible in the photos as well are surface rust and chipped paint with dark spots except, a small rusted through spot at the base of the passengers side windshield, the bottom of the drivers side fender by the door, and the also on the drivers side in front of the rear fender well.

The condition is shown in the photos, the top is old but overall good shape. The back window is cloudy of course, and the passenger side seam along the top of the windows is coming apart. The car has been garage kept.

The car is sold as-is with no refunds. I reserve the right to pull the add early in case I sell locally etc. Cash, wire transfer or bank check will be accepted.
