1989 Pontiac Trans Am GTA (custom)

1989 Pontiac Firebird GTA Additional Info:

1989 GTA Trans Am, with 305, 5.0L TPI engine, T-5, 5 speed transmission and aftermarket “Cars and Concepts” T-tops.

I got this car 3 years ago and it needed a fair amount of TLC. Since then I have put a lot of time and money in this car to get back on the road. Below are the things that I have done to the car:

The Body:

· Body work was been done and car painted with Summit racing matte black paint. I replaced the original hood and spoiler with what you see on the car now. (I have the original hood and spoiler and they will go with the car) The front nose / bumper was extremely warped so I designed the custom grill and cut out the warped sections. The gold honeycomb pattern in the hood scope and the grill match.

Frame, Brakes, Suspension:

· New sub-frame connectors were installed. All the fluids have been changed including engine oil, antifreeze, transmission and rear end. I went through the brakes, including the emergency brake. The shocks on all four corners were replaced with KYB shocks.

Engine, Exhaust:

· New 2.5” exhaust, with high performance catalytic convert and Magnaflow muffler with dual outlets. Sounds awesome! New Mass air flow sensor, O2 sensor and battery.

Interior, Audio:

· The original seats were replaced with black racing seats. The original head liner was falling apart so I did my best to recover and install a different one. It turned out OK. Upgraded Bluetooth, satellite stereo. All factory speakers were replaced with Pioneers.
