1974 Pontiac Trans Am Additional Info:

Up for auction is this 1974 Trans-Am 400 4 speed project car. Power steering, power brakes with cam. Runs and drives good. Drive train and suspension are in good shape. I bought this car recently; prior it had been sitting for about 4 years. I have gotten it running and just don't have the time to complete it.I replace the carb with a period correct quadra jet 4.bl., new tires, and ball joints have been replaced. AC has no belt and I am not sure if the AC has any other issues. Appears to be the original engine, trans, super T10 and pos rear-end 10 bolt 243 gears. Transmission shifts good and makes no noise. Car has rust and will need drivers front and rear floor pans. Paint has rust bubbles in spots. Passenger rocker panel has rust also. Interior is in fair condition. All plastics are in fair condition with a crack in dash on passenger side. This is a good driver but as stated this is a project car and a rare 4-speed.Will send more photos if requested. I've had I lot of people ask about the vin # I'm sorry it didn't list 2V87T4N156188 The motor numbers do match the last of the vin first letters are WT 225 hp 400 it is for sure numbers matching. And I just put what was on the speedo for mileage it has to be I think 130000 on the car I do have the PHS papers for the car I will try to have it listed soon. Thanks !!!
