What a beautiful car. Stunning is a good word when you view it. When was the last time you even saw one! The shine of the paint - the brilliance of the chrome will really make you smile. The 1934 Pontiac8 was a pretty large car. They originally came with a straight8 - it now has a modern V-8 and Mustang II front end.The back seat has lots of room and it has a privacy rear pull down curtain and it is easy to get in the back seat as the rear doors aresuicide style from the factory. The car was done over 20 years ago and I have photos showing the car before it was done as well as tons of receipts and logs of what was done. It is avery solid original body car - all steel body and fendersthat has held up very well. A older well done restoration and the metal and wood in this car is very solid. The doors close correctly as well as the windows and vent windows.
I have a large log book showing receipts for the car and what was done to it including the interior and all the chrome re-plated. I ama recent owner and did not do any of the work on the car. I have taken the car on several trips including one over 100 miles andhad it onthe highwaycomfortably driving at speeds of 70 mph. The car handles the road very well . No unusual squeaks or rattles.
A 1988 Camaro donated its fuel injected 305 V-8 for this car and it has a 350 automatic transmission. The car has power steering and brakes. Very good new looking tires with lots of life left. Disk fron, drum rear.
The VIN is on the frame rail as it is supposed to be and this car has a North Carolina Title in my name with no liens. It is a 1934 Pontiac and titled as such. Those who do not know NC is very peculiar on titling older cars especially customized ones and this one was inspected by NC and cleared for the title. So you have comfort in this car and its title.
Buy this car to enjoy for a family or use it as a wedding car and make some money with it. It would make a nice one. Has mounts for AC, but none was ever added. All lights and turn signals currently work as well as the horn.
Feel free to call me about the car 252-916-4367. I would like to get at least $22,000 but I am open to a fair offer. 252-916-4367 I plan to drive it to the South East's Largest Hot Rod Run if I do not sell it. Run to the Sun in Myrtle Beach, SCon March 15-17th.
You will not be able to duplicate or restore a old one for anywhere near $22,000! Buy this one that was done and enjoy the ride!
