Runs and Drives Strong!

Super Fun Car. Turns head everywhere. Instantly recognized for being the Bandit from the movie Smokey and the Bandit. Previous owner rebuilt the engine about 5,000 miles ago. The cam is the Pontiac "HO" grind, code letter "S". "068" last digits of the part number. It has a new crank kit, new rod and main bearings, the block was cleaned and honed and new cam bearings installed. Cylinder heads were cleaned up, everything repainted Pontiac silver blue. They used a 1973 Pontiac intake blocked off the EGR and choke openings and built a 78 TA Quadrajet for it. The engine is a late 77 Pontiac, correct for a 77 TA. The transmission was replaced at some point in time as well. Dash Cover. Aftermarket AM/FM CD player. Drives great. Paint is nice but not perfect. Paint was redone within last 7 years but has some chipping underneath. Shows well and is well admired at small car local car shows. Headers give the car a nice rumble. I have owned the car for about two years. It was always a dream of mine to own a Bandit Trans Am even though this is a clone. While I don't have to sell it I am interested in doing so to put the money towards other things. Will include some memorabilia which consists of several diecasts and a model kit. Also the Georgia Ban One plate and the State of Georgia Confederate flag plate. Also included is a newer car cover from when I bought it two years ago. Any questions please ask. Sold as is. Buyer encouraged to inspect vehicle or have someone come inspect on site.
