Stk 2334 1979 Pontiac Trans-Am The owner of this 1979 Pontiac Trans states that it is all-original and the mileage indicated (21680) is actual. The mostly original Sundance Yellow finish is in very good condition and is complimented by a Shaker Hood 'Bird' decal fender flairs and Trans AM alloy wheels with Goodyear Eagle GT radials. The original Camel Tan cloth interior is excellent. It contains a center console 3-spoke wheel 'turned' dash and full gauge package. Convenience features include: A/C power steering cruise tilt wheel tinted glass and factory AM/FM stereo. The Trans AM is powered by the Oldsmobile-sourced 6.6L (403ci) engine (K-code/RPO80). The engine has cast iron heads 2.02/1.55 valves hydraulic lifters a Rochester Quadrajet and produces 185bhp/315lb/ft. It is backed by the GM 350 Turbo Hydra-matic 3-speed automatic gearbox and all 1979 Trans AMs were factory equipped with 3.23:1 gearing and power-assisted disc/drum brakes.
