EZ AUCTION AUTO SALES You are looking at a 1980 Firebird Trans Am This car came from Florida three years ago and is in overall good shape. The classic Trans Am lines and dynamite black color is the most appealing choice. The car starts and runs great with an original 301 cu in engine and a new Edlebrock Carb and new alternator. Transmission shifts smoothly. The wheels are genuine Pontiac and tires are in great shape as are the brakes, shocks, glass (except crack in windshield) and overall fit and finish. The overall original interior is also in great shape except the dash pad needs replacing or a dash pad cover. The tach and horn do not work. There are some very minor paint issues like a small six inch repair on top of the rear left corner and some small paint rub-throughs on the drivers side of the roof. I believe this car falls into two categories of potential buyers The first would be someone just looking for a car to be used as a driver. Fix this or that and enjoy the car the way it is. The second potential buyer would like to find a car with "good bones" meaning there are issues, but minor and would like to mint the car out like it came off the showroom floor without replacing quarters, floor pans and such. This car fills both bills. Feel free to contact us with any additional questions. Being from Florida finds this car pretty much rust free. Good cars in this category are getting harder and harder to find. Take a ride to Staunton, VA and check this car out up close and personal. Q u e s t i o n s ?
