This is a 1958 Pontiac Bonneville convertible. It has undergone a 100% complete body off restoration. This was done over a 9 year period and was done to the highest standards. There is not a nut or bolt on this car that hasn't been replaced or restored. I believe it to be the most original restored 1958 Bonneville convertible in existence. It is exactly as it came from the factory. Thecar was produced as a Casmere Blue car with Deauville Blue spear and a white convertible top. It was equipped from the factory as follows : 370Cid / Tri-Power 300 HP auto transmission,4- Factory bucket seats (very rare), Sportable (pull out) Radio, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power antenna, Power Convertible Top, BF Goodrich Silvertown Wide White Wall Tires and Spinner Wheel Covers. It is as nice underneath as it is on top. The floors are done in Red oxide primer just as the factory did them. The motor, transmissio, rear end, suspension, brakes, exhaust, wiring, weather stripping, interior, chrome, stainless, glass, power top components and all gauges have been restored. Everything works. The attention to detail is unbelievable. Every clamp and bracket is totally correct, This was a rust free car to start with and still maintains every original body panel. I believe I am the third owner and have owned it for approximately 15 years. I bought it from a long time friend who owned it around 10 years. I believe he bought it from the estate of the original owner.. It is now and has always been a California car. This car has been entered in the complete series of the AACA and has won every award up to and including the GrandNational Award. In addition it received an award from theAACA in Philadelphia in 2015 as one of the top 40 cars in the country. It has completed in about 20 Concours D'elegances in California and has won or placed in all of them. The only miles on the car is loading and unloading it on the car hauler.
