This is a very clean 1973 Formula 350 Firebird with approximately 36,000 miles on a rebuilt Pontiac 350. The transmission has been rebuilt, it has reupholstered front and rear seats, new headliner, walnut steering wheel, Trans Am aluminum dash, and Centerline rims. I have all the receipts for work done to the car. The car runs great, it does have a rip on the driver’s side front seat, it tends to run hot at higher speeds, but cools down when slowing, I believe the edelbrock intake manifold that was installed when the engine was rebuilt allows the coolant to run through too quickly, not allowing the coolant to remain in the radiator long enough to cool. An electronic fan or a larger radiator will resolve this problem. I had work done to the linkage about 3 years back and after the work was completed, I found that the windshield wipers had stopped operating. As I don’t drive the car in the rain, I didn’t realize this until well over a year had passed from the work done to the linkage, so I was unable to take the car back to the shop. I’ve owned the car for 18 years and have put a lot of work into it, but I recently moved to a place without a garage and I don’t have the time to give the car the attention that she deserves.
