1969 Plymouth Road Runner Mopar, Big Block 440 V8, Manual Additional Info:

Few American muscle cars are as recognizable as the 1969 Plymouth Road Runner. Built during the height of the horsepower wars, the Road Runner earned its reputation by delivering big-block performance with a no-nonsense attitude.

This example has undergone mechanical, body, and cosmetic work and is powered by a rebuilt 440 cubic-inch V8 backed by a 4-speed manual transmission. While a substantial amount of work has already been completed, the car should be considered a running and driving project rather than a fully sorted, turn-key restoration.

This Road Runner has fewer than 100 miles since being put back together and has not yet gone through a complete shakedown and sorting process. Some mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic items remain to be addressed, all of which are outlined below. We have priced the car accordingly and are offering it as-is for someone who wants to finish the sorting and enjoy the car without starting a build from scratch.

Overall, the car should be viewed as a substantially completed Road Runner that needs final shakedown and sorting rather than a ground-up project. Much of the expensive and time-consuming work has already been completed, giving the next owner the opportunity to address the remaining items while starting with a complete, running and driving car.

The Road Runner is being offered AS-IS in its current condition. We encourage prospective buyers to review all photos and available videos carefully, inspect the vehicle in person, or arrange a third-party inspection prior to purchase. Additional photos and videos are available upon request.
