1980 Plymouth Volare 4 door sedan. It has the slant 6 engine with the A904 automatic transmission. The vehicle runs and drives fine, but the A904 transmission leaks and will need to be resealed. It does engage all gears and drives fine. I purchased the vehicle a couple of weeks ago. It is a 4 door with manual locks and windows (all working fine.) The cooling system was refreshed by the previous owner and it does NOT overheat. original AM radio plays, but speaker is blown. New tires with less than 400 miles. New brakes, new brake and fuel lines, new engine mounts. There were holes in passenger side rear floor that have been fixed with new metal. A few small holes in the driver's side of rear rocker panel, not bad. AC car, with system intact, but it does NOT blow cold. Blower motor works and blows hot heat. Horn works. All brake lights and turn signals work. New Holley single barrel carburetor. Gas tank has been dropped and thoroughly cleaned out. Previous owner updated headlights to LED, can be switched back if you don't like them. They work on regular and high beams. Car runs, drives and stops, but will need attention to leaking A904. Previous owner said he did a fluid/filter change a couple of years ago. Cigarette lighter was removed and replaced with a modern charging port, that tells how many volts the battery is putting out. Car is NOT a show car. It needs some work. Paint looks decent, but has flaws, mainly checking on drivers side door and roof. There is a dent in the driver's side fender at the wheel wheel and some damage to the driver's side front of hood. Front bumper filler is missing. It's a 5 digit odometer and I don't know if or how many times it's rolled over. Previous owner said he replaced the shocks and a lot of suspension parts, but I do not have receipts for that. There is an extra alternator and several spare electrical parts that come with the car. Original headliner is decent, carpet is there with wear and stains from years of use and storage. Dome light does not work, may just need a new bulb, I haven't messed with it. Previous owner installed the Mopar Rallye wheels.
