Originally a 318ci 3 speed manual, but now sports the venerable 383ci big block and A833 4 speed transmission.
Very strong running and super solid inside and out, with most parts and work being replaced and accomplished just a few years ago.
The 383 big block has been rebuilt around 5yrs ago and runs very strong. Bored .030 over, flat top hypereutectic pistons 10.1:1compression ratio, milled/ported & polished 346 heads with new stainless steel valves and Comp Cam springs and light bowl work. Comp Cams Big Mutha Thumpr hydraulic flat tappet cam, and a Weiand Tunnel Ram with dual 1405 Edelbrock carbs top the engine off and raise the cool factor way up!
Ignition is handled by Pertronix Billet Flamethrower distributor with Flamethrower II ignition coil, Edelbrock Max-Fire spark plug wires and new Autolite spark plugs.
A833 transmissiom was rebuilt at same time with all new synchros, seals, and bearings. Very solid and smooth shifts, especially because of the Hurst Super Competition shifter.
8 3/4 rear differential was rebuilt last year and has the strongest center section '489' with 3.55 Richmond gears and clutch type Sure Grip. New Green bearings on the axles and fresh fluid.
All steering and suspension have been replaced with Moog parts on steering and KYB shocks. Even torsion bars and rear springs have been replaced with OE Mopar parts.
All lights work inside and out and all gauges work except for the speedometer, as it needs a cable.
New Stainless steel exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers. New Cooper Cobra Radial GT tires 245/60r15 front and 255/60r15 rear.
Everything mechanically has either been replaced or rebuilt on this Belvedere and it runs and drives way better than it did with that lil 318.
As good as this Belvedere looks and runs, it still is almost 58yrs old and though the body is extremely solid, it does have some surface rust and small pin holes and dings here and there. The paint looks good, but does have some normal wear and tear as well.
Overall, this is a great looking and dependable Muscle car that you can get in and drive anywhere comfortably and will put a smile on your face while doing it.
Have a ton of pictures and can take any specific area as well, just let me know!
Don't miss out and God bless!
