1970 Plymouth Barracuda Additional Info:

1970 "Pro Street" Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda. Original 318 CI V8 car. This Mopar was originally built in 1992 by L'Cars in Cameron, Wisconsin, and was owned by their lead body/metal fabricator.
I purchased the 'Cuda in Spring of 2011. Car was then stripped down (2011), and professionally painted/redone by CH Autobody in Rice Lake, WI. PPG Sublime Green paint with color sand and buff, new front windshield, weatherstripping, door sill plates, aftermarket steel hood for "blower". All under hood steel supports have been boxed clean for detail. Flat black Hemi Hockey Stripe decals!
Features a "Blown" 477 CI "Stroker" Hemi engine, with only 100 miles! Built by renowned Hemi builder Rod Marinucci of Plum Crazy Race Engines in Ladysmith, WI. New Mopar Hemi Block; Mopar Aluminum Hemi Heads; MRE stroker crank; Eagle H-Beam connecting rods; Diamond custom low-compression pistons 8.0:1 compression; Bullet Racing Cam; Dyer's "Polished" 8-71 Blower; Dual Quick Fuel 750 CFM carbs, Electromotive Electric Fuel Pump, Mopar Chrome ignition box. Electric Mancini water pump; aluminum radiator; electric fan. Dyno'd at 828 HP @ 6,800 RPM's on low boost (7-psi) with 91 octane pump fuel. This engine was built to be "streetable" and fun!
Hooker "Super Competition" headers; 3" exhaust into Flowmaster Series 10 mufflers. Mechanical header dump outlets; 4" stainless steel exhaust tips with front of tire exit.
"Built" Chrysler 727 Automatic Transmission, with manual valve body; 3,500 RPM stall convertor.
Fully backhalved with subframe, and tied in. Rear leaf springs; Tubbed with driveshaft hoop. Shortened Mopar 8-3/4 rear axle with Strange axle shafts; 4.56 gears; still has rear drum brakes. New Mickey Thompson "Sportsman" Tires (33" x 18.50" x 15").
Interior has full roll cage (not certified); beautiful with green piping as shown. Original factory gauge cluster and steering wheel.
Always a head turner, and multiple "Show Winner" for: Best of Show, Most Radical, Best Engine, Best Mopar, Best Pro Street Machine, and Class Winner for 1970-1972.This 'Cuda/Hemi Engine only has 100 miles on it since 2011! I usually trailer to long distance shows. Getting more stressful to drive in my area with a large Summer tourist influx.
Willing to accommodate overseas buyers as well!
