Vehicle Details
1965 Plymouth Barracuda, I have no room or time to enjoy it. Relist due to deadbeat dirtbag who did not pay after I accepted his offer. Manual steering, manual brakes. Dual exhaust with aftermarket mufflers have been added at some point. This is a southwestern Missouri/Oklahoma car with based on the condition, a true 41,000 mile car. All A/C components still intact, but not operational. I bought it and drove it 21 miles home on the highway at 60 MPH. Car definitely needs a carb rebuild/accelerator pump to make it perform. Previous owner indicated one repaint around 2001/2002 timeframe. I consider it an extremely nice driver quality car that has plenty of tinkering around possibility to refine its condition. Engine has never been out of the car, how many of those are still out there? Please send me a message with your phone number and we can talk about any detailed questions anyone would have and FaceTime so you can see anything you would like to see live.Tires show like new but I have no idea how old they are.I would not drive this car any distance due to the carb needing rebuilt and possible age of tires. The unibody frame is super solid, all problem areas underneath are solid, rockers, spring perches. There is one sign of rust through on drivers side foot pan, easy fix with a partial repair panel. Inner front fenders, hood hinge area all solid with factory paint still in tact. This is 100% not a far south salt water car or a northern vehicle exposed to the elements.I will check messages at least two times a day, last time I thought I would get an email when I had a message but that didn’t happen. These old cars are very subjective to different people, I take pride in making sure it is described openly and honestly, it you are close to the Tulsa area, please feel free to look at the car in person.
