This is a very rare Sport Fury convertible and supposed to be the second of 2 made with the 440 engine. Only 113 cars were given the new 440 engine. 111 hardtops and 2 convertibles. Comes with a complete late 1965 date code 440 engine with fresh bored 30 over that is disassembled. Extra trans also. Looks to have been hit in the right rear quarter and repaired possibly by a past owner. Car is in better condition than it looks as it does NOT have the normal convertible rust in the rear top drain and wheel wells. Has mostly clean floor pan and only needs a common small patch pan on pass foot rest front. Trunk could use center replaced as it has some cheese holes in it but floor pan extensions and drop downs are clean. Rockers are nice and crossmembers look good. Door jams and posts are clean. Doors open and close well. Top frame is clean and straight. Clean magnum 500's with new 500 center caps. This sale comes with a cut up 4 door parts car. Have spare fenders, decklid, grill, quarters and whatever you want to take at pickup. Also have ultra rare 1968 power bucket seats just like the factory ones for an extra 500.00 (see last pic.) This is coming from a life long Mopar guy in his 60's who is wanting to spend this money to finish a build on a max wedge wagon project. This will be the talk at all Mopar shows and magazines will want to do stories on this find. Mopar made some odd ball, rare stuff and this is a great example.
