1970 Plymouth Road Runner Additional Info:
1970 Plymouth Roadrunner pistol grip 4-speed California project car. Has working air grabber hood. Overall very solid has rust free framerails and they are laser straight no sign of accidents or inner fender damage. There are a few minor through rust spots on the inside floor that could be patched full floor replacement absolutely not necessary.. Section behind drivers seat is a little soft but the rest is surface rust and actually very solid easily restored with some good old POR-15. Will need center trunk pan and extensions and some rear window rust repair. Inner and outer wheel houses are solid, as well as rockers, cowl, around hood hinges, front window. Car has all its original body panels lower rear quarters were previously patched and an original Mopar roof from a donor car has been replaced. Probably sometime in the eighties but was done well not sure why it was replaced other than it may have had rust issues. For some unknown reason maybe for some subwoofers lol someone cut three large holes in the rear package tray replacements are available for not too much. Has a 4-speed in it with driveshaft hooked to the original 8 3/4 rear axle. Factory N96 working shaker hood is completely hooked up including all vacuum lines to switch on dash. All wiring is in place dash harness, engine harness, forward light harness, and tail light harness. I have a front bumper and tail lights plus trim in pictures but otherwise what you see is what you get. At some point this car has been rebodied the dash vin and fender tag are not original to this car as factory N96 air grabber cars were not equipped with factory A/C. And even though this car has a standard heater box in it currently it was a factory A/C car that can be verified by the large hole in the firewall for A/C fan. NO TITLE its out of the California DMV system from sitting so long. Will be sold with a bill of and statement of facts. A title can be obtained for California residents with a vin verification. Car is also for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction at anytime. Call Dean at (530)953-6092 for more information.
