This is an extremely rare (supposedly 1 of 3 built) 1964 Plymouth Fury (not Sport Fury) convertible. Factory 426 Street Wedge, 4 speed and Sure Grip rear. Car has been stored in the proverbial "barn" for years and is fairly solid for this era of Mopar. Photos were taken when the car was removed from the pole barn in preparation for transport from the previous owner's farm.
Engine and transmission is believed to be original to the car (engine is date coded December 18th, 1963, car was built March 20th, 1964). Engine is not stuck, and made compression when I turned it over before buying it. Car is Chestnut Metallic with Copper interior and White top (when it was there).
The car also comes with a really solid 1964 Belvedere 4 door sedan for parts or to sell.
This is a project, but is worth in the $70k range restored.
Known missing parts are:
Front bench seat (correct year buckets are included but I was planning on sourcing a bench seat)
Rear seat bottom
Shifter (stolen while in storage). Shifter rods are still on the transmission.
Air Cleaner (stolen while in storage)
Dash shifter delete plate (stolen while in storage)
Car has fender tag and the fender tag matches the SO# stamped on the rad support.
Has clean Missouri title
I've got a ton more photos if anyone is interested.
Car is listed locally so if sold auction will be ended.
