A good Mopar is always the best muscle car for the money. The rarer production numbers and unique touches always make them a hit today. It gets even better on a 1971 Plymouth Duster that has a cool coordinated look and an upgrade to 383 V8 power. The Duster had one of the most aggressive A-body designs. The glossy Tor-Red just highlights all the angles perfectly, and we always love the colors form the Mopar's High Impact catalog.... If you missed the curves on the shine of the paint, then the full-length stripe package will help guide you across the "kicked-up" rear fenders. And there are cool details with Duster graphics on the front, rear, and back panel within the stripes. But what will really grab attention is the blackout hood. The twin-snorkel scoops are a great visual connection to some of its bigger Mopar brothers, and it adds to the overall mean-machine appearance that includes the aggressive a strobe stripe and lock-down pins. And while all this gives it a great muscle car look, you'll also appreciate the vintage details, like the mirror-like chrome bumpers and large coupe doors you can close with authority. And those classic Mopar Rallye wheels are actually a bit more custom, with larger and wider ones in the rear for an aggressive stance. All the black details of the exterior were also a nice preview of the interior. And the red carpeting makes this an aggressive and well-coordinated total package. High-back bucket seats, a center console, crisp door panels, and an upgraded AM/FM/CD stereo make this hardtop a nice place to spend some time. But as you slip behind the grippy three-spoke steering wheel, and spot all the upgraded gauges - including the large Pro Tach - you get the tingle of performance that lets you know there's something special under the hood. The Dusters maxed out from the factory at 360 cubic-inches, but this one has been upgraded to a 383ci V8. It looks great with the Hemi orange block, polished Moroso valve covers, and polished air topper with callouts. There is even a cool lighting package around the engine bay to really show this off! Plus, it has nice performance upgrades, like an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock intake, and a rumbling H-pipe dual exhaust. You even have nice supporting components like a new fuel sender within the last year and an aluminum radiator. This a powerful package, so it's nice to have a stout Torqueflite A727 three-speed automatic transmission handling the V8. Plus, with front disc brakes newer modern tires, this is a fine muscle car package. This is the powerful Plymouth with great looks, cool upgrades, and plenty of power. Don't miss out on this total package. Call today!!!
