1966 Plymouth Other Additional Info:
1966 Plymouth Valiant. Slant 6 engine, 3 speed manual transmission (3 on the tree). Car began its life in CA, made it's way to Nebraska where it spent most of its life, then a short stint in Pennsylvania which is where I bought it 3 years ago, then a brief time in Ohio and currently resided in Minneapolis, MN.
Body is super solid, if not straight. It was obviously parked by feel on a few occasions. So while the quarters aren't rusty, they could be replaced for cosmetics. (Note: Lawson's has patch panels but be fore to specify 1965 Valiant quarters, they used them for the wagons ONLY in 1966.
After I bought the car I upgraded to 14" wheels - the two rears are 340 Dart wheels (5-1.2" wide) and new tires all around. Also recovered the front seat. Ne carb, battery, tune up. Replacement exhaust goes with the car, not installed (not currently necessary).
Runs drives shifts and stops. I have not put lot of miles on this car since I purchased it.
Do not hesitate to ask questions. Thanks for your interest in the old wagon.
