For Sale 1948 Plymouth business coupe..
This 1948 ply, business coupe been modified and custumized, Has builders note log, contains papers and diagrams.
Drawing for installed accessories. Plus some parts. New school, old school hot rod / rat rod. I bought this 48 plymouth
and other items at estate sale. I have vary little history on the car. I was told it was a work in prograss.
I had a mechanic check it out for me.Motor is 400 sbc chev, Turbo 400 transmisson. Engine starts runs and idles good has good oil pressure.
Offenhauser 2x4 Intake Dual Quad Aluminum Manifold / Edelbrock High Performer 600cfm Carburetors
Small Block Chevy Electric Distributor with High Performance Spark Plug Wires and loom side mount brackets
4 roll All Aluminium Radiator with duel electric fans.
Steering is rack and pinion (unknown make) Chrome Power Brake Booster + Master Disc/Disc/ Chrome Proportioning Valve.
4 wheel disk brakes GM calipers. Holley Performance Electric Fuel Pump. Black Fuel Cell with fuel sending unit.
Ford rear end houseing 48 inches from flange to flange w/ 9'' 3.70 ring and pinon gears.
Front to Rear coil over shock Suspencion, w/ latter type control arm's on rear. Upholstery is Silver metallic diamond Quilted fabric w/ Black bucket seats. Dash is stock wirh digital gauges/ water temp,
oil pressure gauge, amp gauge, fuel gauge, tack meter gauge, speed meter. Chrome aluminum piston steering column support.
Chrome steering colum w/ tilt wheel, old school steering wheel plymouth, year unknown. Electric windows.
Insde has piston style door handles, B&M shifter, brake peddle, gas peddle are piston style. Carpet Flooring is black in color. Plymouth has electric tilt front end, electric trunk lift. Has battery quick disconnect switch with key.
Headlights and taillights frenched. Headlights,has built in turn signals. Head lights, tails lights.
Shaved door and trunk handles with remote (FOB) openers and has (Has panic release pull cable on drivers side firewall, in case of dead battery)
Has hidden battery charge cable at right rear bumper hanger. (Note tilt front end has a wiring quick disconnect,and pins for easy front clip removel if needed.Front Centerline 15''x4.5'' rims, Rear Centerline 15''x 10''
This 1948 plymouth has all the hard work done, It will need some body prep work and a paint job, this 48 ply, would shine.
