1970 Plymouth Barracuda Additional Info:
1970 Barracuda Convertible. 6 Cylinder,Automatic, 8 3/4-3.23 ratio rear end.Power Steering,Power Top.New Voltage regulator, radiator, plugs, wires, cap and rotor, master cylinder, front rubber brake lines, tires.Body is Rally Red and is very straight and solid. There are some rust areas above the rear wheel wells and behind the rear wheel opening but are small and not rusted thru to the inner housing. The trunk floor does have the worst area of rust. The floors, fenders, trunk lid, hood, core support, hood hinge area, cowl are all solid as is the area where the top folds down into.Interior is good and has cracks in dash pad.The front seats are not original and were in the car when I bought it.The rear seats appear to have the original seat covers on them. All gauges, lights, horn, speedometer, turn signals work. The top is good and works great but the plastic rear window is bad.The bumpers are very good and the grille is in excellent condition with no cracks. The car has all the trim around the windshield and is complete. There will be no need to hunt down the hard and expensive parts for a Convertible Barracuda as the car has everything it came with from the factory including the Radio.Car runs great and would be a great car to clone but should probably be kept as an original 6 cylinder. How many are left as 6 cylinder cars that have not been cloned or cut up?All the VIN numbers are on the panels.Build date is 8/22/1969 Car is sold as is with no warranty.
