1963 Plymouth Valaint Sports Coupe Additional Info:
Original 2-door sports coupe with custom buckets seats and push button shifting.
Bought from the original lady owner. Out of storage in non-op status. Complete with first owner's registration and new car Service Certificate. California black plate. Surface rust only on hood. Original paint and interior. 64 grille. Famous Slant six 225 engine with push buttons shift. Was Best 10 Cars of 1963.
It starts, idles, accelerates, shifts, steers and stops as it should, as it did over 50 years ago. Engine is strong with 92 k miles. Rides nice. No smoke or leaks. No funny noises. (Note engine running in picture.) Four good tires with original dish hub caps. Doors, locks, windows, horn, wiper, heater and fan operate as they should. It comes with a trunk full of spare parts along with correct spare and jack. This car has already out lasted 99% of cars on the road today.
This is a presentable driver in its original form. It's an example of the rocking 60's auto industry, advanced after the War and before quality problems of the 70's. If you are a Mopar fan, this car had been preserved just for you. If you are not, you would be saving money compared to buying a vintage 2-door Ford or GM car in similar condition.
