Up for bid is a 1973 Plymouth Roadrunner. It has a 400ci v8 engine, automatic transmission with column shift, and 4 barrel carburetor.
This car was purchased brand new in 1973 and has only had one owner. The car had a starter or starter solenoid problem back in 2002, so the owner parked it in a shed but passed away before fixing it. The car does not appear to have been moved since then. I have a clear title, all of the original yearly state inspection receipts, original owners manual, and warranty information and pamphlets from when the car was first purchased. The current odometer is 21,931 miles, and I am pretty certain it has not rolled over. You can see the inspection receipts in the pictures showing the mileage slowly increasing over the years, but never getting above the current odometer.
I believe the motor to be good. I can turn it by hand, so I know it is not locked up. The headliner and seats look perfect. The dash is nice and clean, but does have two cracks, as shown in the photos. This car has been stored in a shed with concrete floors and has no signs of rust other than a few small bubbles on the passenger door, and the rear bumper is flaking a little. You can also see the voltage regulatoris oozing something down the firewall. The car has been sitting for about 14 years, so I'm not sure what all it will need to get going again, but it looks like it will be a fun restoration project. From what I can tell, most everything is stock on the car.
I encourage anyone interested to come take a look, this is a true barn find. I am selling this for a friend, so I don't have all the information on the vehicle. You can see that I am an honest seller with 100% positive feedback. I have seen the car in person and can tell this is the real deal. If you have questions feel free to message me and I will answer them as best I can.
This car is sold as is, where is, with no warranty. I will help in any way I can to ship the vehicle, but buyer is responsible for all arrangements and fees associated with moving the car. 10% of the price must be received through Paypal within 48 hours, the remaining balance may be paid with cash or cashier's check. All funds must clear the bank before the car is released.

UPDATE: I met a nice fellow at the vehicle who knows a lot more about these cars the other day. He pointed out several things I missed in the original auction post. Since I have exceeded the amount of photos allowed on ebay, I have uploaded every photo I have on a photo site that you can view at this link: http://imgur.com/a/REtUG. Note that there are some additional rust spots that I failed to see, I encourage any serious buyers to check out these photos before committing to a bid. The rust that was found does not appear to be anything major, but I do not want any surprises to pop up to whomever wins the auction. I understand if any previous bids are retracted and will not give negative feedback as a result. The last thing I want to do is try to mislead any bidders. Let me know if you have any questions about the photos. Thanks and good luck to all bidders!
