I believe its Complete. Except starter. And headlune fabric.
Im 99% sure itll run. Seems to have exc compr. When i pull it.
Starters are like 350 so i cant start it. But im confident it will run. I cant of course guatantee it but im pretty sure it fire. If pulled it around and let clutch out. Seems to want to fire but its hard to mess with when its in motion.
Sold with bill of sale. Ebay made me pick a title status. I picked rebuildable bc thats closest to what it is. But i picked that bc I only have a bill of sale and buyer will get that bill of sale as well as one from me. Sold as is where is I also have chain of ownership.
Was told motor was rblt. Put together and nvr finished. Seems to be true bc eng is very clean and solid. See picture.
Floors have some rust. But no holes i can see. I would say its Fixable as it sits imho but im not u. U may want to purchase new floors. Ur call. U r welcome to come see it
Ill run this add one time. And then put it away for winter if not sold. Buyer must pick up. Im in northern idaho near cda.
