1931 Packard 833 Sport Phaeton Additional Info:

This Sport Phaeton has been in the previous owners care since 1942, and is believed to have loved in Central CA its entire life. The Gentleman and had taken the car apart for restoration and the never completed the job, although he did keep the car until his death at 101 years of age. The car was purchased from his heirs by our client, who really doesn't have the time or space to do a restoration so is passing it along to someone else to complete.

The car has most of not all of its original wood frame which appears to be in excellent condition. The body does not appear to have removed from the frame which is a testament to its fine condition prior to disassembly. The sheet metal all appears to be nearly ready to paint. The chassis has been repainted and the wheels restored and new tires purchased, but we have not date coded them.
The interior still wears its original green leather and is actually in pretty good shape. All major parts appear to be there and there are many tubs of parts that appear to be well organized and labeled. The original Engine and gearbox are with the car.

The car is accompanied by a few period photographs and documentation which we have not gone through as of today. This is a rare opportunity to get a good solid Sport Phaeton and restore it to your liking.
