This Packard has been sitting since 1974! No title, bill of sale only, due to New Mexico wanting $300 just to get a lost title. Engine is stuck and I never tried to unstick it. It has rust on lower rocker panels and rust out by driver left side floor. I removed seats to clean out pack rat nasty. I have all seat springs and wheel skirts hub caps. Also have some misc trim an pieces in container in trunk. This would be a great rat rod or parts car. Will need to be picked up with trailer with winch. This is a very complete car.
