In the pre-WWII era Packard was the epitome of luxury motoring. "Ask the man who owns one" was their slogan and that stays true to this very day. The Packard is the best designed and best driving classic American car ever made and this car on offer is a fantastic example of Packards best.
Offered here is a very nice 1930 Packard 740 Super Eight Phaeton. In 1930 Packards super eight engine was 105 horsepower and still continuing the very bulletproof flathead 8 cylinder design making the 1930 models powerful yet reliable. Previously having a longtime owner in Pennsylvania who restored the car 20 years ago, this car has since had a mechanical overhaul and cosmetic refreshing. All the chrome has been redone, porcelain manifolds restored, upholstery redone and a new top. Since it has won a first in class at the Greenwich Concours d'Elegance in 2018. Mechanically it runs and drives incredibly well and is ready to be shown and driven this summer.Contact Alex for more information: 203-218-1903
