1951 Packard 250 mayfair Additional Info:
You are looking at a very restorable first year series 250 hardtop. Also called mayfair. The motor is a 327 inline flat 8. I have a receipt showing it was redone in 1982. Story goes it has never been run, sat...and is now seized. there is some metal work needed on rear passenger quarter and driver front floor. Im sure when you get into it there will be more like most projects of this era. The trunk looks great and wont need work. The door bottoms look great and wont need work. The fenders wont need work. The frame has no issues. Interior is there but will need to be redone. Some of the chrome was redone. Looks like most all bright work is there except hood emblem base. Have the transferable registration for it as well. Not sure what else to say so ask questions. Now for the business part. At end of sale, I require a $500 non refundable deposit through PayPal. The rest needs to be paid by bank check or cash. Car will not leave until check is cashed and clear. Please only bid if serious. I will not ship the vehicle. Getting the car to you, is your responsibility. The car rolls and will need to be winched on a trailer. last, please ask questions even if you think they are irrelevant. Thanks for looking and good luck. For the people wanting a buy it now price, i will take down for a good offer. Also, i put marvel mystery oil in all cylinders. It has been sitting for 3 days. All cylinders except 1and 8 have drained down. That is as far as I have gotten.
