UP FOR SALE IS A 1971 OPEL GT WITH THE 1.9 ENGINE. ALOT OF WORK HAS BEEN DONE TO THIS VEHICLE.BRAND NEW WEBER CARB, COMPLETE TUNE UP, FRESH OIL, AND COOLANT, BRAND NEW FRONT WINDSHIELD, REAR TAIL LIGE LENS, AND BEZEL ARE ALL NEW, NEW REAR SIDE MARKER LIGHTS, ALL 4 TIRES A NEW, FRONT BRAKE PADS, ROTORS, AND CALIPERS, AND HOSES ARE ALL NEW, BRAND NE BRAKE BOOSTER, BOOSTER HOSE, AND MASTER CYLINDER ALL BRAND NEW, REAR EXHAUST IS NEW, CENTER MUFFLER IS NEW, FRONT TIE ROD ENDS, AND BALL JOINTS ARE ALL NEW, THERE IS NO RUST UNDER THE VEHICLE AT ALL, BELLY PAN WAS REPLACED WITH SHEET METAL AND LOOKS GOOD, THE SEATS COVERS ARE ALL FACTORY NEW, THE COMPLETE CARPET SET IS BRAND NEW, REST OF THE INTERIOR IS IN GREAT COND, HEAD LINER IS GOOD, AND THERE IS A DASH CAP INSTALLED CORRECTLY AND LOOKS GREAT. THE CAR RUNS SUPER TIGHT, STOPS GREAT, AND HANDLES GREAT ALOT OF WORK, AND NEW PARTS AS YOU CAN SEE WERE DONE. THE GUY I GOT THE VEHICLE DID AN AMETURE PAINT, AND BODY WORK. ALSO, WHEN THEY PAINTED THE VEHICLE, THEY REMOVED ALL THE LIGHTS AND NEVER SANDED WERE THE GROUND WIRES GO TO EACH LIGHT SO SOME OF THEM ARE NOT WORKING, THEY NEED TO COME OUT AND SAND WERE THE GROUND WIRES GO, ALSO THE Speedometer, is not working but the Odometer does work and keeps track of the mileage. Not sure why but it has to be something easy cause when I just had the brake booster installed I noticed the headlights were not working so they must have hit a wire. I just don't have time to work on this car due to another project. All the major stuff has been done to this car and I did my best to describe it as well. there is a very low reserve so the winner can throw some money to get the little things fixed and have a great car. There are two Opel's on here and they are $20,000 and don't mention half the things that are new in this car. I am located in Poughkeepsi, NY.
