CONS -
- Car has seen a full repaint. Looks great overall.
- Some dents on the top of the cowl hood, dent on the driver fender, chips on the front bumper, previous repair to the bumper. driver door handle is loose $20 for a new set. Body looks good overall. Was told a good PDR repairman could fix the dents for few hundred.
- AC not charged since the lines had to be removed for the heads, air only blows out of defrost and feet. It’s been pretty nice weather here and haven’t needed it, and also don’t have a shop I trust to do it.
- Check engine light code comes and goes but it’s for EGR. Believe because no catalytic converters throwing the sensor off. A tune would remove this.
- Worn engine mounts and or exhaust hangars. There is some intermittent vibration around 1,000 RPM from the driveline if holding rpm.
All the con’s are pretty minor I just don’t have the time or a shop I trust. I have always owned newer mustangs and never had to work on them.
