1969 Ford Mustang Additional Info:

1969 Mustang Mach1 original numbers matching unmolested patina that's driveable and a prime candidate for restoration. I am the third owner of this car and bought in 2008. Other than that it was kept in the family I was told from the previous owner. Jade black is the color code and the only thing that is not original is the hood, left front headlamp bucket, radiator and the two rear patch panels on the rear quarter panels and fuel tank.
The engine was gone thru in 2008 and is very healthy. The car is an H code 351 2bll Windsor engine with a fmx transmission. Shocks, front and rear brake shoes, brake drums, brake lines, fuel lines, fuel tank, master cylinder, front and rear shocks, front and rear wheel cylinders, and bearings were replaced in 2018. All heater hoses, headlamps, brake lines and brake hoses and starter were also replaced in 2018 Approximately 3000 miles were added on since then.
Car drives well and I have owned it since 2008 and never got the chance to give it a restoration as I was planning to due to health reasons. It will need a floor pan, front torque boxes, right and left floor supports, left and right rear quarter panels. Front frame rails are weak towards the torque box and can be repaired. Rear frame rails can be sandblasted, treated and reused. Rear frame rails about 2 feet from the end could use a patch. front cowl has a slight leak after a heavy rain and will need to be repaired or use a cover to block the water from entering. Everything works as it should but front torque boxes are weak and need to be replaced. Front aprons are in good shape and lower frame rails towards the fire wall may need to be repaired or replaced. The front drivers side door has a worn bushing and needs to be replaced. While closing the door you need to slightly raise it while closing it. The exhaust could also be replaced with a nice set of duals.
The interior is all original and in great shape being 54 years old and in use. There is a small tear on the drivers side seat as shown in the picture. The carpet, front and rear seats, headliner, windows, door panels, dash pad, dash are all original and in good very decent shape. The rims are not the original ones for the car but I do have them on another car. The rims on the car are the ones being sold with the car.
