The 1950 is a good looking body style. It has the hidden door hinges. The double rear windows. The brakes and wheel bearings were gone though a few years ago. The transmission shifts and works just fine. Upgraded to a 12 volt system. Headlights, taillights, turn signals all work. The Engine is converted to liquid propane, a very good fuel. Much cleaner emissions and no gasoline fumes. Propane is readily available and at a much more reasonable price, than gasoline. Comes with a 10.5 gallon aluminum Department of transportation tank that can be easily used. The website Gotpropane.com can give you great information on propane conversion. I putter around the farm, using this truck and it is a great fuel to use.I will include the original carburetor and oil bath air cleaner too, in case you would want to put it back to gasoline. Upgraded to a aluminum radiator.Could be a project truck, or just use as is. I took off the running boards, hoping to get them powder coated but haven't yet. I will include them, they are easy to put back on. Please study the pictures, there are rusty cab corners, a rust hole in the driver's floor, just piece of tin over it. The back windows are cracked,as is the driver's side window.Bob's Classic Glass on eBay has really nice replacement glass available.A 73 year old pickup. I have owned it for 50 years now. Still has the original 'High Jacker air shocks that I put on back in 1975 and yes, they still do work! Still has the old 8 track tape player but it needs a new drive belt. The truck was painted Jade green back in 1974, but it is reverting back to it's original patina. I can help load on this end or you can store it here for 30 days, no charge.
