Arthritis is winning and I make moresounds getting off the floor than the car going down the road! I don’t haverestoring this one in me. So she collects dust in my garage. Upgraded to a Delco alternator and Petronix,cap,rotor, and plugs. 30,000 on the clock. Engine compression 175 to 178through all four. All the rubber perished except the windshield (weatherstrip,suspension, bushes, etc.) It runs like a champ until you hit the brakes. Rearpassenger brake locks up - holding pressure. Will have to trailer home. Originalwiring, all electrical works – under dash unmolested except for the radio update. All glass intact. Rust – bottom inside door corners, passengerside rear fender and passenger door bubble, drivers side cross member underdriver seat toast (the worst part see picture), but driver pan okay. All other issurface rust. Hole in fender to accommodate larger battery at some point in itslife. Seat stitching pulling apart. Previous owner added new tires and shocks. Losing a lot on this but embracingreality. Better to crush my car fund than the car! Wouldn't want that. Paypal, cash or check. Best regards for checking out this classic. Located in St Clair, MO.
It runs great with the new parts. Little fat on the carbs but no issue going down the road, until you stop! Then its tank maneuvers pivoting cause of the right rear brake locking!
Found a box with spare switches, gaskets, turn signals, grill inserts. Will be in the trunk.
