Here up for sale is a beautiful ONE owner 1967 Pontiac GTO Convertible. Car has a 400 hooked to a factory 4 speed. Trans and rear end are all original and numbers matching. The motor in the car now is a true 400 from a GTO. I do have the original numbers matching motor. It’s rebuilt on the stand and ready to be switched back if desired. Car sat since 1991 and the original motor was puffing some smoke. Probably could of did valve stems and called it a day but decided to rebuild the whole motor. Real GTO with original window sticker. Also have the original protecto plate (POP). Title in original owners name. One owner….I have some paperwork and books on the car. All the maintenance required to make the car road worthy again has been done recently. Car runs and drives great. No issues with anything. Just did a full tune up and all fluids changed. Front end, bushings, brakes all redone. Ready to hit the road and enjoy. The body is in GREAT shape. All the original body panels are on the car. Not one was replaced. NO RUST anywhere. Paint is shot. All original paint. No shitty body work to deal with and no rust anywhere. Paint has cracks and chips in it. Still looks good even the way it sits. Gets a lot of attention. Car was always stored indoors as was always cared for. As for the floors they are in perfect shape. No rust and no repairs. Trunk floor is also perfect and original. No rust and no repairs. The interior is in great shape. No rips or tears anywhere. Presents very well. The dash is in great shape. All the electrical items work. Gauges, switches, heat, lights, wipers, horn, etc….all in working order. Even the original radio works great and sounds good. The convertible top is in great shape. Works up and down with no issues. Rear window is clean and no signs of plastic fading like most have. All glass is in shape. All the power windows are working and go up and down with no issues. The tires are in great shape with plenty of life left and are on the original steel wheels and original Pontiac wheel caps. Tires are original bias ply so I am sure someone will change them. Maybe add a set or new redlines. Make the car pop. The car is truly in great shape and needs nothing but a new owner. It’s a beautiful GTO.
