Up for sale is my 1968 Pontiac Firebird 400 Convertible. I bought this car down in South Carolina about eight years ago and started having the whole car restored. Spent $10,000 on the new paint job. Still has clean South Carolina title. Spent $3500 on front disc brake conversion kit, which is brand new. Engine was just fully rebuilt and painted and installed back into the car and my mechanic passed away unexpectedly. He started the engine for me, and it runs great, but he passed away before he finished it. It’s about 85% complete. Needs a radiator and fan and radiator lines and that’s about it. Has long tube headers installed. I have a brand new black convertible top for it along with boxes of extra parts. I have emblems and badges for the vehicle. Brand new carpet installed. Brand new 17 inch rims with Mickey Thompson comp tires. I have well over $40,000 into this car but we are moving down to Florida in about a month and after our family friend passed away. I have not been motivated to find someone to finish it so I’m putting it up for sale. Car is extremely solid, and spent most of its life in South Carolina. –Only 40,000 miles on the car.
